PolicyBrain supports multiple access levels: Client, Agent, and Admin. Each role has defined permissions within the platform. Agents may only view and manage client records they are explicitly assigned to. Admins have full access to all records within the organization.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, upload false or misleading information, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. PolicyBrain reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
PolicyBrain may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
